Started by sanding 2 rooms 200sq feet each to refinish hardwood floors - worked excellent. Solidly built and does its job without problems. Bought this sander a year ago and I continue to find new uses for it. Since then I have used it on multiple jobs with little to complain.

Using this sander is night & day compared to the 1/4-sheet orbital sanders I've been using up until now. Well worth every penny. Sander works great, and quickly. I was able to quickly strip chunks of glue off of drywall, finish boards, and other projects in record time.

I am very pleased with the sander. I previously used a Porter-Cable of the same type and this one is superior.
